Pain relief for these common knee conditions in most cases that I have seen at middle age with medium frequency plans experience complete freedom of symptoms and return to hobbies etc.
In the healthy knee you can see a clear joint space between the two bones. Notice how the bone trabeculae has thickened in the arthritic knee and the cartilage has worn away. Ostephytes, are bone spurs, that are evident along the joints seen in the front view. This arthritic knee would be considered a bone on bone knee and would typically require a knee replacement. This joint space narrowing and degeneration usually is extremely painful.
What is Arthritis?

IlioTibial Band Syndrome
This syndrome is also a tracking issue and commonly involved in knee problems. This band connects the pelvis to the knee. When it gets tight and restricted the twist in the thigh causes torquing on the knee joint and is commonly a source of pain. By aligning the whole body and allowing the iliotibial band to loosen up on its own, this will save you lots of money, energy, time and suffering!
Bursa sacs reduce friction and protect the tendons, ligaments and muscles that are gliding over them.Why do they form? Easy! The body changes shape the Bursa, fail due to the load on the change of origin and insertion of the tissues!
Knee Pain From Meniscal Tears
Meniscal tears and knee pain. A meniscus is a crescent-shaped fibrocartilaginous structure that supports the joint around the edges. When these structures develop small tears, they can be a source of pain.Again, if not trauma, a likely contender for the tracking issue!
Knee Pain From Torn ACL
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is sometimes damaged with direct knee trauma. Surgery can repair an ACL, but others choose to live without it. When they’re torn, they can cause extreme pain and afterwards the knee feels less stable.Sames as meniscal injuries but again in trauma , it is what it is..
Patellar Tracking Problems
The patella (kneecap) is a piece of bone that sits over the knee joint. When the knee bends or straightens, the patella moves up or down in a groove at the bottom of the thigh bone (femur). Patella tracking disorder is when the patella does not move within the groove. Commonly, it moves towards the outside of the leg, but in some cases it can move to the inside. This can cause pain and there can be several causes for it to happen.
Due to the body torque, the patella develops tracking problems. Rather than going up and down, usually a strong pull to the outside.
